Apartment Review for Watergate Apartments - Little Rock, AR

These apartments are HORRIBLE! They are OLD, mildewing inside closets, up doors under floor from all the flood damage. Management is awful, there are huge infestations of ants and roaches. We couldn't even use our kitchen because of the bug problem as they refused to come and spray even though we put in a request. Everything was broken when we moved in also. Our air conditioning unit broke down once a week and flooded our living room. We wasted so much money on this dump! The pool is disgusting with mildew and scum growing around the tiles. There are no chairs to lay on by the pool. Kids from all over the place that don't live there infest the pool. You can't use the so called fitness center because everything is broke. Look around, there are much better places to live for less. This has been the worst experience of my life. We are moving out to a NICE place that will costs the same amount of money. I will be posting plenty of pictures of this place inside and out very soon to show everyone and expose these rip of artists for who they really are. If no stars were an option, then I would rate it that.
