Apartment Review for Watergate Apartments - Little Rock, AR

When I first moved here, the office staff were wonderful people willing to help out their residents with absolutely anything. Since then, the complex has been through three different companies owning it. The staff is VERY unfriendly and continue to slap us with new charges with each lease renewal. This complex is situated right ON Cantrell and getting out in the mornings is next to impossible since you're living on what is quite possibly THE busiest road in LR. My roommate's car has been broken into twice (!), to which the office offered little help. The laundry facilities are constantly being used by people who do not live there and the office refuses to do anything about it. This has been a horrible experience and I can not wait to get out. I would NEVER, EVER recommend these apartments...even to my worst enemy.
