Apartment Review for Watergate Apartments - Little Rock, AR

This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment,and I would say it is an acceptable place to live. I live in a townhouse and the only time I hear the neighbors is if they are hanging a picture or moving furniture. I do hear noise from the busy street, and be advised that if your window is near the dumpster it is emptied between 3 and 4am. My biggest complaint is that I don't have washer dryer hook ups. Managment has changed 3 times since I moved in in 07, but any problems I have are usually taken care of in a timely manner.
