Apartment Review for Watergate Apartments - Little Rock, AR

As for the roach I found one night in my bed- well that was just one of many crawling around my apartment. Honestly, the shear amount of bugs was suprising and so bad that I dreaded coming home. Management did nothing for so long that I paid for someone to come and spay for a month myself. Then, when I left, they "lost" my letter I left them that I would not renew my lease. So they convieniently charged me 700+. Good luck if you deal with these people. Keep documentation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in all management cost me 1200 dollars because I didn't have the proof.
