I must say I was not that interested when I first pulled into the parking lot of Towne Oaks II. But my apartment was great, new carpet, paint, flooring, everything looked great! The windows are easy to break and I definately wouldn't feel safe on the bottom floor.. there were a few incidents here, but I know incidents happen everywhere.  Need to rent an apartment?
