Apartment Review
Nice community but too much noise
Review Date: 8/25/2008 Reviewer: Anonymous
We lived at this complex (now known as Valley Crossing) when we first moved to Little Rock in 2005. We were there for a year and a half. The only problem we ever had with office staff was when we were charged twice one month for rent. They got it taken care of as soon as we reported the issue. Maintenance was very friendly and quick to resolve issues when they were reported. The playground was a tad beat up, but the choice of pools, the tennis courts and all the trees was enough to keep the kids happy. The apartments, however, are very small (shoebox small) and the neighbors were rather irksome at times. Kids would steal decorations and things, they were forever bouncing balls on our door and congregating in the entryways and were rarely ever accompanied by an adult when they were out. All in all, it wasn't a terrible place at the time, but nor was it great either. If you can handle noise, unruly children and small apartments with reasonable rent rates, this might be up your alley. If you're seeking peace and quiet or more space, you'd be best suited to look elsewhere. |
