Apartment Review for The Grove At Pleasant Valley - Little Rock, AR

They don't take any dogs over 30 or 35#s. So you can't stay here and have medium or large dogs. Nice place, but for the $$ I would think you would get a little more in amenities. Other apartment complexes in the same general area rent for a little less and you seem to get more. 1 bedrooms are pretty nice. BIG walk in closets and a very nice sized laundry room in the unit we were in.

Gates are nice and there are gates all around the complex, but from what we were told by others that lived there, there are places that someone can jump the fence and get in the complex without having to go through the gate.

Nice, but sorta expensive.
