Apartment Review for The Cedars At Wellington Lake - Little Rock, AR

When I first moved in, the people in the office and maintenance weren't that great. They actually kind of sucked. The apartment itself was very nice, but they weren't. Luckily, the management company caught on and kicked those people to the curb and got all new people, who know what they are doing. Like I said, the apartment itself is very nice. I looked at a TON of other apartments before choosing this one and for the price, it's good. The floor plan is really cute, it has kind of a little foyer that makes it seem less like an apartment. The complex doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles that most people wouldn't use anyway, it has a fitness center, tanning salon, and free covered parking, that's all I need. They're very pet friendly, plenty of places to walk my dog. And I've always felt safe here. There's some noise, but overall not near as bad as places I've lived before. There could be more trash bins. The last place I lived had one in between each building. Granted, that made it less attractive, but it was convenient. Overall, I really like it.
