Apartment was not clean and needed repairs when we moved in. These items were listed on the move in evaluation sheet however, the apartment managment misplaced it. Now they are trying to fine us $800 plus our deposits for the damage listed on the evaluation sheet they LOST.  Need to rent an apartment?
