Apartment Review for The Cedars At Wellington Lake - Little Rock, AR

I absolutely love living here. Every building has covered parking for no extra charge, the kitchens are really nice (stainless steel appliances) and they re big too! I live upstairs, so the only noise complaint I would have would be the yappy dogs that live around me, but you could have that problem anywhere you live. The apartment complex itself is just a few years old, so I think that s why the other two reviews said that their apartment wasn t ready when they moved in, because the place had just been built. Mine had new carpet and was as spic and span as could be. The community is gated, which is really nice. It has a gorgeous lake right behind it with a walking trail. It can be pricey, but they usually have some sort of special going on. Overall, I think it s a really good place to live.
