Apartment Review for The Arbors Of Pleasant Valley - Little Rock, AR

I almost made the horrible mistake of living here. I arrived to pick up my key and sign the final papers after a 8 hour drive with my family and the staff was horrible to us. They were not corteous at all and they did not agree to an already signed contract. In addition, they made my 13 year old daughter cry. The assistant manager tore up our original contract in front of our faces and started writing a new one with additional fees. My sincere and honest advice is to never live in these apartments. The staff is hostile and it is a pain to deal with them.
