This place has changes the carpeting for every new tenant. That being said, they charge the previous renters for it. Don't rent there unless you're prepared to pay at least $1000 upon moving out. They sent me a bill for $1200 (for carpeting), and it's in collections now. Not paying! The apartment manger sucks, Tiffany is her name. She doesn't take care of anything. I had scorpions in my apartment, and no one ever did anything about that either. Also, don't trust the maintence guys. They'll stab you in the back.
