Apartment Review for The Arbors Of Pleasant Valley - Little Rock, AR

That applies for most apartment that are manage by national property management but Arbors of pleasant valley is the worst I lived in. The parking is a big problem,the managment is dishonest, the maintenance person (a tall bald hispanic) is a complete idiot. I work with contractors who have to live in different city for contract and usually take 6 months lease in those apartment. I don't recommend the arbors of pleasant valley to anybody. The noise is also an issue, guard dogs from one of the commerce behind the complex are left out all night and bark non stop. Do yourself a favor rent somewhere else, it is also getting getho - from the close neighbor complex that is spreading there. It's not worth the money.
