Apartment Review for The Arbors Of Pleasant Valley - Little Rock, AR

For the last 8 months my refrigerator has been broken and I have put in NINE work orders for its repair. It still is not fixed, so I have no ice. Also, the building I live in floods during moderate rain. We're talking a good four inches of water that I have to walk through to get out of my apartment on rainy days. There is never any parking near my apartment. I have been forced to park clear across the complex from my apartment and walk on several occassions. On the flipside, I really love the layout of my apartment and haven't had any problems with my neighbors. Overall, I really haven't had a bad experience living here except for the poor management of the property and lack of parking.
