Apartment Review for Spring Valley - Little Rock, AR

I lived at Spring Valley Apts. from June 2005-November 2006 and I must say that this complex is one of the dirtiest complexes I have ever lived in. There is NO ground maintenance! I lived in a corner apartment and you have to go by my apt. to the trash can and all the time there was trash in front of my door. As a matter of fact, someone's trash bag had bursted in front of my door and there was a huge trash pile the day after Thanksgiving and that pile of trash stayed in front of my door until the last day I occupied that apt which was November 30th. The management staff was very nice, but they did not have a hold on the residents or property, I guess they lacked the experience to take the necessary steps to whip a community into shape. Also, my lock on my mailbox broke right in front of the manager back in June 2006. I rent movies and video games through the mail and they ended up getting stolen, but the management failed to take in the mail of the ones that were broken in the office to be safe. That lock was still broken when I moved out in Nov. This experience was not a good one and I cannot recommend anyone living here
