Prior to the new management taking over about one year ago, these apartments were great. The views are great and even though it is close to all the major stores, it still has a quiet feel about it. Unfortunately, the new management cancels most of that out. Rent is rocketing, maintenance is virtually impossible and if you ask for anything at all (like replacing 20 year old appliances) your rent will increase. Looking for a new spot.  Need to rent an apartment?
