Apartment Review for River Park Apartments - Little Rock, AR

When my apartment got broken into (hint, hint)..they wouldn't even replace the door. It is still bent, and I'm sure it would be very easy to break into. As the previous poster stated, the apartment is run down and needs an overhaul. Current management sucks. You can never get in touch with the manager (Vicki) between the hours posted (8:30-5:30). She mus have the best job in the world, come in late, go home early and do absolutely nothing in between. I can never find a parking space, people violate the rules, and management (Vicki) doesn't do a damn thing about it. I am so sick of management (Vicki) not enforcing the rules around here. This complex is getting worse by the year, and people are being run off because nothing gets done. If I could afford to move into a house, I would, but that won't happen anytime soon. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody.
