Apartment Review for Pleasant Woods Apartments - Little Rock, AR

There have been multiple thefts of cars and personal property. One certain tenant had two cars stolen from the parking lot. Another had a friend visiting and his tires were stolen. When management was asked about this problem there apathetic reply was that they do no provide security.

In addition, the hot tub is broken a majority of the time. Although the maintance men are polite and competent the ladies who manage this property are unconcerned about how timely the repairs are completed.

These apartments also require a 60 day move out notice which makes it hard to leave. Who will hold another apartment for you 60 days?

Also the rent continues to rise while no improvements to the property are evident.

You can find a better place to live with a management that is less apathetic.
