Apartment Review for Pleasant Ridge Apartments - Little Rock, AR

OK, so I lived here 10 months. The exterior wall still isn't fixed. AC runs all day long. Took months to get touch up paint when I first moved in. People drive 30mph through parking lot...better run to take your trash out. That is of you can get to it cause someone is parked in front of it. (enforce parking) Why was the pool closed memorial day weekend? And why is the pool never clean...why is it closed this august weekend. I'm moving at the end of my lease...you can have my apaprtment.
