Apartment Review for Pleasant Ridge Apartments - Little Rock, AR

Awful, awful, awful. And this from a tenant who has been here 5 years. Guess what? I'm moving. The management is horrendous. Calls are never returned, customer service agents are rude and cannot be bothered with paying tenants. For those of you who just love a drunken dorm party atmosphere - this is the place for you! Parties every weekend. Beer cans in the parking lot. And the management? Again, they do nothing about it. The place is on auto pilot. They dropped all of their contracts with a courtesy officer, tow company and work out room equipment. There are NO amenities. NONE. You can't even have anything done about someone parking in your assigned space. The management? They don't care. They don't get involved. They show up from 10 to 5 and I guess they do their nails. Nothing gets done at this place. Its turned into a dump. It looks awful, buildings and premises are not maintained. There is no emergency maintenance. So if you like that total hands off approach to property management - this is the place for you!!! In all seriousness. Do not even consider this place. I can't wait to get out of here.
