Apartment Review for Pleasant Ridge Apartments - Little Rock, AR

This place is average to bad. On the day of my lease signing, I had to wait 50 minutes until my lease was ready to sign. Nevermind the fact that two days before I made an appointment with her for a set time. PARKING??? The parking here is a joke! You get one parking spot and your on your own if anyone wants to park in your spot. I complained to the "wonderful" office staff and was told they couldn't do anything. Really??? After arguing I was offered a note to be placed on their car. WoW!! I could have done that myself...Thanks!! My lease says I'm assigned a reserved parking spot, but if this doesn't hold up in the future, I will be forced to move out. The noise from the complex is about average. You still can hear everything almost from anyone on top of you. People leave trash in the hallways and throw their Sonic drinks in the bushes (just yesterday). GATED??? Weeeell, not really. The gate is open almost all the time. From past experiences gates don't really do much anyway. They are more of an inconivience for the residents than a deterent to any crime. To sum it all up...Don't do it! Other apartments in the area are better choices I hear from people at work.
