Apartment Review for Pleasant Ridge Apartments - Little Rock, AR

While they may look nice inside and out, they need a LOT of work. The painting going on is a fiasco as was the plumbing adventure a year and a helf ago. Gated community ? More than half the time the gates do not work. Agree with other reviews - maintenence does the best they can. Hope you don't have more than one car, cause that's all you have space for!!! The manager is inept.... very little in the "people skills" department.
