Apartment Review for Pleasant Ridge Apartments - Little Rock, AR

The only thing good about these apartments is that they are spacious and pretty quiet. HOWEVER... If you ever plan on having a guest over, or have more than one car to park in the lot you are totally screwed! There are ABSOLUTELY no spaces for guest parking, and you are only allotted one spot per apartment. BOO! They also are crawling with large bugs that the management likes to refer to as "water bugs" but consequently are indeed ROACHES. I have felt fairly safe here but was startled to hear of one roberry at gunpoint in the back section of the complex. Ironically, the street light in that area has been out for months, leaving it completely dark and a perfect setting for crime. Not very comforting. Maintenance guys are nice but slow, but I strongly feel this is due to the management rather that them. The only thing that has kept me from moving out sooner is the sheer hastle of it all.
