Apartment Review for Park Heights Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I been staying at Parks heights for almost a year...my first month living there i had problems everyday...the maintenance staff sucks...i had a problem with my toilet and one of the maintenance man use one of my bath towels to wipe the toilet water up! that was so wrong...and our heat been goin out since we been living here...it been times when me and my boyfriend had to stay in d house for like a week without heat..and i went to d office and demanded some money to be taking out my rent but the manager wouldn't do it..we have different manager every season..lol i want advised NO ONE to leave here...this was my first apartment and i hated it! i don't think Park apartments is fit for us to live in at all!
