Apartment Review for Park Heights Apartments - Little Rock, AR

Living here for years I've seen several management and maintance come and go. Management and owner suck, they dont care that people apts are getting robbed. We have a convist just released from prision on the maintance staff,yea real safe huh? They have a crackhead maintance man as well. They need to bring Valerie back here,she didnt deal with the shit that goes on around here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APT COMPLEX TO A HOMELESS PERSON.
