Apartment Review for North Quarter Apartments - Little Rock, AR

Overall, it is a good place to live. There is no security patroling the complex. However, there is little to no crime in this area. The apartment itself is spacious (for my 1 Bed/ 1Bath). Cons: My fridge keeps leaking water and I am sure one day it is going to just fall thru the floor to the apartment below me. I have called maintence several times and they would have it drained but the problem always comes back. The carpet gets stains in places where I don't even go (very weird). There are some places in the bathroom where the wallpaper is falling off the walls. Other than that I really like the place cause I have lived there for about 4 yrs. Definitely recommend.
