The apartments themselves are great. Most are less than 5 years old and have great space. The bad thing is they're on the edge of a bad part of town. I saw a drug bust happen happen across the street (12th Street) from my apartment at 1 in the morning - with flash bangs, sirens, lights, etc.  Need to rent an apartment?
