No mantenence man on premises. No management to speak of.... Read More smoke drifts from apartment to apartment. all my laundry smells like cigarettes and this place is very noisy. I wouldn't recommend new mgmt dosn't control noise. people slammng doors all night long. it's going downhill fast. rude tenants and mgmt doesn't even care. new management company and noisy and not maintained nearly as well. Former owner and manager were great. have trouble sleeping because of noise well after 10pm. When Belenda was the manager everything was great but Holcombe Heights was currently bought out by another company and it's been down hill every sence.
