Apartment Review for Foxglen Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I have to agree with the review about Becki Kerr being psychotic. I was attacked over the phone about having someone living with me after the maintenance man told her I had men's clothing in my apartment, which I did not. I never heard back from First Capital Management after I sent them a complaint. The community and neighbors are great but save yourself a lot of grief. There is also a serious roach and water bug problem in the community, disgusting!
