Apartment Review for Foxglen Apartments - Little Rock, AR

Becki Kerr has to be the most psychotic, intrusive apartment manager ever. I am in nursing school and was constantly harassed, especially around test time by this woman. She made accusations that my girlfriend was living with me even though I provided her with my girlfriends lease. She told me it was OK to have my ferret and cat. After she went psycho, all of a sudden she didn't remember telling me that and said that I had to get rid of the pet. Back to the girlfriend issue, she cited a part of the lease that said guests could only stay 4 days. Doesn't mention consecutive, or just 4 days period! Becki said she would not permit my girlfriend to be put on the lease nor was she going to be allowed on the premises. After all this, when I finally move out, I get a letter stating that my deposit was forfeited and she had taken out an additional pet deposit without me signing anything. Now the apartment. My refrigerator leaked, and the maintenance man's only cure was to make the temperature warmer and consequently my food spoiled. Also the storm door was partially broken and was never fixed after many calls. Also there is water damage in pretty much every apartment. First Capital Management is a horrible company run by worthless people and they push a horrible product. I would only recommend these apartments to one type of person. Elderly widowers/divorcees. If you are not in this subgroup, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR APARTMENTS!!
