Apartment Review
Foxglen on its way down.

1. The privacy fences are either rotted down or near that point. They are broken in many place & rotted looking. Bowed badly out or in. They are so rotted, they should have been replaced 10 years ago. 2. The manager is a real old BITCH. She will tell you anything you want to hear about how things will be fixed.. but will do nothing. Residents have complained about the privacy fences for years.. she says they will be fixed.. but never are. If you repeatedly complain to her in person about one or more things regarding your apartment or the complex, she WILL ask you to move out. She NEVER personally walks through all of the complex... much less do spot checks of any of the exterior or interior of any of the apartments. 3. The rain gutters along the top edge of each building are never cleaned and are full and overflowing in many cases. 4. There are pot holes in many of the streets of the complex. 5. There are large wooden boxes that cover the utility meters on each of the buildings. In many cases these are rotted away from their wall mounting and dangling at a 45 degree angle .. with their doors either rotted off or dangling open. 6. The exterior windows of the upstairs apartments are never cleaned. 7. The seal on many of the double paned exterior windows has broken resulting in window fog and impaired vision when looking out the windows. 8. Much money is wasted on over watering the grass and shrubs. The over flow runs in streams (yes streams) down the center of the streets and down the drains. They water the same grass & shrubs daily during the summer. The jacked up our rent $39 in 2006… to do what.??? Run water down the streets & plant more shrubs. The infrastructure of the complex is collapsing and the old bitty wants to plant flowers and water the grass. 9. There is not enough attic ventilation in the tops of each of the buildings to allow the hot summer heat to escape. The result is the air conditioners run much of the time & residents pay higher electric bills than they would if the ventilation was sufficient.
