Apartment Review for Foothills Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I have nothing negative to say about this apartment as a complex. In fact it was one of the newer cleaner complexes I have seen for the area. As with many others, my complaints are with the management. First warning, this apartment usually only uses a six month lease. If you are military in training at base or otherwise and you need to leave before six months, tough luck, you signed a six month lease and you will be paying all six months (and utilities). NO MILITARY CLAUSE. The only way they will work with you is if you are getting sent overseas. Second warning, management (specifically the head manager) are very unfriendly. When I expressed my dislike for their lease policy they threatened to call my commanding officer as well as the apartment hunter company I had used. Overall the only truly friendly help I got was when I signed my lease, otherwise I seemed to be a burden to them and not a valued customer. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone because of the unprofessional manor in which it is managed.
