Apartment Review for Colonial Parc At Baseline - Little Rock, AR

When I moved in this complex in Nov. '06, I just knew that I had found heaven. About 1 month something happened on the way to heaven! In Dec '06 a robber busted my door down after I left for work with my children in the apt. 3 days later about 1:00 in the morning one of the mexican residents was driving drunk in the parking lot and smashed my new car and the neighbor's friend's car. Needless to say they should have been evicted because they did violate the lease on destruction of other resident's property. Then about 3 months after that a robber broke in again while I went to work and the sad thing about this is that he watched me leave and then broke in. I came back out of suspicion and he was in my apt. and he pulled a knife on me. CP had no security and was not considered safe. They changed mgt. companies 3 times, but now that Gwen Hunter is the manager, I hope that things turn around for this community. She is a jewel and I love her to death, but for lack of security at the time I had to leave.
