Apartment Review for Chenal Lakes Apartments - Little Rock, AR

It's great. Good location, great amenities with washer/dryer, microwave and covered parking. Good quality appliances are in good shape if not so new, some are new. Cabinets and fixtures are good, good shower, etc. Maintenance people are very good. Office staff acts like they're here for something else. Maybe they're overloaded, but they really don't want to be bothered. But hey, you live in the apartment every day, how often do you have to deal with the office agents?
