Apartment Review for Chenal Lakes Apartments - Little Rock, AR

we have lived here since nov of 2005.the traffic in this place is unbeleivable.they have plenty of children playing and running around in this apartment complex.speed bumps are here just for looks.most do not adhere to them.we live in an area of the complex that just so happen a murder was committed right outside our bedroom window.supposedly a domestic violence?10:00 p.m. at night man shot in his truck?twice.backing up.plowing into a van destroying it and the car next to it.we beleive thats the only thing saving that truck from coming through our bedroom .if the person doing the shooting would have been a bad shot could have been one of us that was shot.we are moving from the establishment having to pay the rest of our lease.fair?safe?secure place to live?i should say not.so please with caution be aware of the community background before you move here.they acted shocked when we told them we were moving.would you stay in a place that is unsafe?i think not.
