Apartment Review for Chenal Lakes Apartments - Little Rock, AR

i have been in the same apartment here for 6 years now. The Ground's UpKeep is ok. The Office seem's very reluctant to replace used or worn out property. The office staff is very friendly, until you sign the lease, and then it is like the tennant is an annoyance. There are two pool's, but only 4-5 feet deep. The Weightroom is usually full of children watching the tv's. The Toilet's have been down-sized (mine's crooked). The Hot Water is weak. The Air-Conditioner has to be recharged 3 times a year...etc...etc
