I have been a long-time resident of Chenal Lakes and have outlived several management changes since 2001. The current management is by far the best I have experienced here - they actually take the time to deal with issues as they occur and maintenance is good and friendly. The water pressure on the third floor isn't great in the kitchen only; everywhere else is fine.  Need to rent an apartment?
