Apartment Review for Chapelridge Apartments - Little Rock, AR

This apartment complex is very poorly managed. They say they're going to do things to improve, but I have yet to see it happen in the past year I've been renting. I have never seen a notice informing me of anyone coming in my apartment for air filter change or pest control. So I'm really concerned if it has even been done. And if it has been done, I think it would be nice to know when someone is entering my apartment when I'm not here. The upkeep here is horrible. I live downstairs and my apartment is not visible to visitors thats driving by. Trash has been thrown over the railway and has been there for months. Yes, they have people who keep up the lawn and scenery but its like they just move around the trash. It's really nasty. I feel like just because my area is not visible to everyone, doesn't mean it has to be ignored. As far as maintenance is concerned, I've had one maintenance problem in which my lock on my door was messed up and I called and asked for someone to look at it. No one ever came or followed up about it. So a couple days later, my lock wouldn't lock at all. I called the emergency maintenance number and had someone paged because it was after office hours and I didn't want to go to sleep without my door being able to lock. No one ever called back. So I had to go to Wal-Mart, buy my own lock, and replace it myself. So good luck to them trying to get in here......... I hate this place.
