Apartment Review for Chapelridge Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I enjoyed the first month, then the management staff changed hands 2-3 times in my 6 months, depending on what building you live- good luck on parking, try carrying groceries three buildings down. My upstairs neighbors well, WWF match everyday, night, and etc. I have been complaining for 5 months (every since they moved in) filed courtesy complaints with the LRPD courtesy officer. Managment tells me to call the police- hello it is not a police matter, it is a management obey your lease matter. Also, the trash... IF they carry there trash to the dumpster, they do not throw it in, and the dumpster is empty. LAZY....... and there are several un-attended kids. TROUBLE The only plus is Ron the maintence guy- he's great. YES the apts. are clean and fairly new, never had a problem with bugs etc. But it is also a drive into town, that gets old.
