Apartment Review for Capitol Hiill - Little Rock, AR

These are by far the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. The apartments are not insulated at all so you can hear everything going on in your neighbors apartments. You also have really high electric bills. It is impossible to get your maintenace requests fixed in a decent amount of time--IF they ever even come. We had to keep calling before the guy finally came about two weeks after we made our original request. The apartments are poorly constructed too. They look nice at first glance, but after you have lived there for a month or so you see that they are really pieces of junk. Managment is not friendly, and do not treat you as residents. All they care about is the rent money (which is higher than it should be....look other places) and the profit they are making. Parking is an issue in front of most buildings. Trash is all over the property and no one bothers to clean it up. You will make a huge mistake if you sign a lease at this Apartment. Trust those of us who are paying for our mistakes and look somewhere else. I guarantee you will find a much nicer apartment for less money.
