Apartment Review for Capitol Hiill - Little Rock, AR

This apartment is great, compared to some of the others in the Little Rock area. The layout is great, yes you can occasionally hear your neighbor upstairs, but when can you not in an apartment. Office staff is friendly and polite, never had any problems getting anything done.

Parking is a problem, but oddly enough it seems to only happen on the weekends and then before dawn most of the excess cars are gone...hmmm...
