Apartment Review for Bowman Heights Apartments - Little Rock, AR

Bowman Heights is the absolute worst place to live in west Little Rock. Its garbage. That is the reason it is so cheap. The carpets are old and dingy , the appliances are from the 70s, and the wall paint chip and peel. The bathrooms had outdated fixtures that didn’t work. When I lived there in 2006 they had a black maintenance man that was the poster child for incompetence. The office staff was also incompetent . I had a problem with the hot water heater and it took the morons over a week to get it fixed . I tried complaining to the head office that owned the complex the Bailey group but that did no good. The Bailey group is just as ignorant and incompetent as the people they hire. I will never rent form that company again and I strongly discourage all others to rent from them. I would rather die out on the street than to ever live in one of their properties. The place is garbage and the people that work for the property is garbage and the Bialy group is garbage. They also have a lot of Mexicans that like to pass out drunk on the steps and the ones that lived next door to me smoked marijuana that was so strong it came through the walls and I had to call the police several times.
