Apartment Review for Berkley Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I have lived in the Berkley Apartments for two months. When I looked at them, I was shown a model apartment, which was OBVIOUSLY in way better shape than my apartment. When I moved in, the very next week I told the office staff that I had roaches (in my fridge, too!) and that my stove, AC, and dishwasher did not work. The only thing they checked was the AC, which was leaking oil. They filled it back up with oil and left. This obviously didn't fix the problem, since they didn't fix the leak. As for the roaches, they have told me every monday and thursday for the past 6 weeks that they will have my apartment sprayed, none of which have been actually DONE! They informed me about 3 weeks ago that it was done, but when I called today (just like every single monday and thursday) to tell them once again that I still had roaches, I was told that my apartment never really got sprayed. The office staff does NOT write anything down or schedule. As you see, I have had to threaten to get a lawyer to get them to spray for roaches... The WORST place I have ever lived and I still have 10 months of this crap.
