Apartment Review for Beacon Hill Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I've lived here for a little over 6 months and yeah there were somethings that I had to have them fix before I moved in but they fixed the right away! They have been really good about fixing things for me in a timely manor. They could inform people of when they are coming in to do regular maintainence like changing the air filter because the other morning I got up and my living room closet was open I guess from them changing my air filter. There is kind of a pest problem...I had a termite problem a few months ago but they took care of that right away, there are a lot of crickets and a few spiders but its impossible to have a pest free house/apt! They really could use some work on the security gates because most of time they don't work. The staff members are really nice! They have always made me feel welcome and has always told me the truth to any questions I might have. One thing I don't like and I've seen more apt complexes doing it and that is your rent amount can't exceed 30% of your monthly income! I'm a full-time college student so I only work on the weekends but I made enough money to pay rent eventhough my rent exceeds 30% of my montly income. I would recommend this apt community to anyone!
