We have lived here for about 15 months. The access gate only works half the time and goes for months at a time without ever closing. Our air conditioner only works about half the time. Last summer I complained about it not less than ten times. Reservoir Road has a lot of emergancy vehicle traffic (lots of sirens). The office staff has always been very nice to us, but I would still not reccomend this complex to anyone.  Need to rent an apartment?
