Apartment Review for Ashburry At Chenal - Little Rock, AR

The apartment itself is pretty nice, but the office staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. The main manager won't even come to the phone to answer simple questions and just relays msgs to others. They are very rude and not helpful by any means. They don't try to accomomdate you in any way nor admit their fault. Because they don't notify you of anything, you never know what's going on. Unlike other friendlier apartments, they don't offer to resign the lease or even notify you of the date the lease is up. They require 2 months written letter which needs to be handed into the office because they apparently lose their mails unless it's a rent check, it becomes your fault for not knowing the exact date the lease ends. We didn't even have washer and dryer for months even though we requested one months before moving in. We still weren't notified when they actually had washer and dryer available. We pay to live in these apartments, and they supposedly are there to service us, but they do not. We all deserve to be treated with common courtesy, and no one deserves to be treated rudely. They have horrible customer service and the only nice employees at this apartment complex are the maintence workers. I will not be moving into this apartment ever again nor recommend anyone to do so.
