Apartment Review for Pleasant Woods Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I rented an apartment for 2 years here. Most of that time I traveled to other states on business and there mostly every other weekend. There were a couple of time I was late on rent as I was out of town and they do not take credit/bank cards. But as soon as I got in I paid the rent and all late fees. No problems. When I moved out they keep all the deposits on bogus dirty this dirty that and changed an additional 300.00 for "proated carpet replacement". The carpet needed replacement when I moved in and they have the balls to charge me to replace the carpet AFTER I move out. The rent went up up 25.00 to 50.00 every lease renewal and the when the got complaints about that they started charging water and then that keep going up. When my car was broken into an the new stereo was stolen all they said was "Gee, how tough". Security - there is none. I would not recommend this place to anyone but a slum-rat.
