Apartment Review for Brightwaters Apartments - Little Rock, AR

I also had a terrible experience with the management of this property. The property itself was pleasant enough, but I felt as though I was under constant scrutiny by the manager (who, I might add, lives on-site and feels obligated to patrol the place on-foot, passing by and peeking into every open window). Additionally, I was in the position of leaving the place in better condition than I found it. The management nonetheless was able to fine me $60 for a $3 screw to the miniblinds. While I was a tenant, my rental checks were mysteriously not received TWICE over a one-year period (I pay my rent on-time and in full); and, of course there is a $50 fee for late rent, which I'm sure was convenient. They are most certainly corrupt, and I would advise any and everyone who values his or her privacy AND money to stay away.
